Centre for Resolution of International Conflicts (CRIC)
is a research center organized as a cooperation between researchers from different disciplines at the University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen Business School, Aarhus University, Aalborg University, the University of Southern Denmark and Danish Institute for Human Rights.

CRIC aims to strengthen the prevention and resolution of violent conflicts through developing analytical tools and practical techniques in collaboration with practitioners. Research is targeted specifically at three aspects of conflict: the role of memory in protracted conflicts, third party possibilities for breaking spirals of escalation and the relationship between human rights and peacebuilding. For a succinct presentation of the aspects of conflict resolution that CRIC concentrates on, please see the folder here.
